By booking services with us, you acknowledge and accept that data loss may occur, and it is your responsibility to ensure all critical data is securely backed up prior to service.

Price Guide:
Diagnostic Fee: $30
Hourly Rate: $120
Additional Time: $30 per quarter-hour block (after 1st hour)

Priority Services:
Priority Level 1: Additional $60 – Next available technician
Priority Level 2: Additional $30 – Next available technician within 48 hours
Parts:
After diagnosis, if parts are required, a quote will be provided.
Should you decide not to proceed, a $30 diagnosis fee will apply.
Data Recovery Pricing:
Non-refundable Deposit: $30 (required before starting any data recovery work)
Successful Recovery: If recovery is successful, an additional 1-2 hourly rate may be charged for the service.
Due to the complexity of data recoveries, we may need to bring your device back into the workshop. This allows us to perform a thorough assessment and use the necessary tools to maximize the chances of successful recovery.
No Fix, No Fee Policy:
If our technician cannot resolve the issue, you won’t be charged—unless the fault is identified or a solution is provided (excludes data recovery services).
